順應國際化潮流及趨勢，國內許多幼、兒教機構紛紛轉型為「雙語」及「全美語」教學；各校也面臨現有師資能力調適配合問題和如何解決溝通障礙等，因此如何透過規劃及完整的教育訓練課程，引導現有師資做好準備，乃刻不容緩之事。
為了營造良好的語言教學環境，校園聘任外籍教師，平常對外師除了教學溝通及管理外，中籍教師與外籍教師之間教學協調與分工，都是影響孩子學習品質及效果的重要關鍵。
我們因長期從事幼、兒教顧問工作，藉由與幼、兒教從業者的接觸了解，長期蒐集並觀察相關問題，透過實務及專題研討協助輔導的校園解決問題；也舉辦教育訓練和活動增進中師、外師的教學默契及解決溝通障礙，建立優質的教育團隊，可完全發揮美語教學品質、降低轉型後可能面臨的困難，這是我們積極推動的方案。

Therefore, a way to bring the teachers to an available position by planning and completing educational training is necessary.
